Some Extra Things I've Written (Read at Your Own Risk)
Below you will find various things I have written, most of which are never actually meant to be read by anyone other than myself (mostly for personal connection reasons). Why I'm posting these here, I couldn't possibly even tell you. Please remember that I am not a professional writer and most of this is, in truth, utter garbage. Also most of it isn't complete or never past a first draft phase so chances are things might not flow correctly or names change or other various things that go into the process of writing. I'll do my best to put them in the order that I wrote them. You may see some things carry over to later projects as I tried different ways to tell the story I was hoping to write.
Here's the first terribly written item. Co-written with my younger brother on the spur of the moment as we entertained ourselves while house-sitting for my one of our sisters back in 2009. Ah to be young and bored.

So for this one from 2012, I'm pretty sure I actually wrote the first section during my first year of college 2008-2009, but I couldn't find that file anywhere. Also I think I may have shared this one in a blog post somewhere so you can probably skip this one

Okay so apparently 2015 was the year I tried to be serious about writing. I started writing one version of a story in August and then a second version a few days later and then a third version in October and then I discovered NaNoWriMo and wrote a different story in November. I did "finish" the November one; although much changed during the process so the prologue doesn't super match the rest of the story and it seems a bit rushed overall, but it was only a first draft after all. Then coming off my NaNoWriMo win, I decided to try to write the Hansel and Gretel story my mom kept saying I should write.

July 2016 I guess I thought I had an idea, but well.... And then I thought I'd give NaNoWriMo a shot again and I didn't finish this time.

Ummm...we're going to just skip 2017
I had a spark of inspiration in June of 2018 that only lasted a few sentences and yet again I attempted NaNoWriMo and I had a good thing going, but somewhere that spark died also.

Now we've reached 2019. My plan for this year's NaNoWriMo was to take snippets of dreams and mold them into more coherent short stories. It started off okay with story 1, but story 2 took on a life of it's own and nearly turned itself into a novel, but then I lost focus and direction and well it's not finished. I did attempt to start a third short story to keep it going, but it just didn't work out either.

Naturally 2020 was another attempt and another fail. I had to stop writing because I was writing someone in that I shouldn't and that wasn't fair to them. I just didn't know how to fix it and still tall the story, plus it was just turning it into another day dream and that's just dumb. I feel like I touched some things I needed to touch so here's a small graphic warning for that.

Hey, guess what? I made the NaNoWriMo goal of 50K words in 2021, yay! It's not finished and as I reread it today (21 March 2022) it is in desperate need of a rewrite and who knows maybe I will and maybe I'll actually finish it, eventually. It is fanfiction this time around so you know be aware of that and I decided to make this a double-sided thing so maybe I reached the goal in a little bit of a cheaty way, but whatever. I've decided to share what I have so far, though probably don't get attached to details if I decide to edit/finish.
The overall title is Mischief and Grief (a title in progress at the very least)
