It looks like there's another new year upon us, which means a new blog. Time never does seem to stop, even for just a moment. Always something to do and no time to relax and breathe. Or at least that's how it seems to me. Seems like the last year was full of the usual ups and downs, but I think the downs won out so I am hoping 2014 can make up for that.
Anyway, the new year also means another NASCAR season is on the way. While I am not quite ready for it, I know I need to prepare. I have a feeling it's going to be another weird season. Hopefully a bit calmer and nicer than the last one. That was simply torture. It'll be weird not having the chat room, but hopefully someone (probably up to me) to come up with a place for the Bobby fans to meet and chat during the races he is in. Still not sure about the whole copy and paste or recording thing. So much to think about. I just cannot right now. And I have no idea what's up with the TSM fan crew. It seems pretty dead to me, but we'll see. Perhaps we'll find a way to resurrect it. It's just hard to compete with actual teams and the resources they have.
Aside from racing there's still school. If everything goes how I plan, I should be done in December. Which I have a feeling will make it too late for me to apply as a Miss Sprint Cup. Oh well, lol. I wouldn't be very good at that anyway. As far as moving and job hunting, I haven't done too much looking, because I cannot leave before the wedding. And my chances are slim of getting where I want anyway. I still have other options, I suppose. Another common resolution for singles is obviously to meet someone, but honestly I'm not worried about it. I've resolved that if it's going to happen it will, if not then it won't and I don't care. As far as resolutions go I really don't think it being the beginning of the year a good enough reason to make them. I say make them anytime and have an actual reason for wanting to do something or to stop doing something.
Alright well, I think that's enough for now. I hope everyone has a wonderful 2014 and that those making resolutions are able to stick with them. Happy New Year!!
